Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to customers World Wide.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from themoroccantree.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship the Boxes via FEDEX.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (FedEx) and address the issue directly with them.  MoroccanTree does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-6 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending final destination of the order.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

We offer FedEx to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed Return Slip.docx . All merchandise returns must be unopened, unused.

If you want return a MoroccanTree product you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returned items must be unopened, unused. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at moroccantree@gmail.com .

We recommend shipping packages back using Fedex with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, MoroccanTree will not issue return credit.    

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. MoroccanTree does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Damaged Items

If a product purchased on the E-Store is DEFECTIVE, customer shall contact MoroccanTree Online Customer Service by email at moroccantree@gmail.com, within 4 days of receipt of product. In order to process its request, the customer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.

Currency, Duties & Sale taxes

 All prices on the E-store are in US dollars. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by MoroccanTree.
